Best Management Agent Ive ever used!
I contacted Maya last year as I wanted to start doing short term rentals on my apartments in Banus. She was super responsive and helpful with everything we needed.
Maya managed the refurb, furniture, licences, photos etc and was easy to work with and didn't overcharge for anything.
If you're looking for an agency to manage short term rentals in Marbella, you should defo use Maya!

purchased an investment property in Manilva in 2018 but the property manager that I was referred to by my buyer’s agent was not working out at all - no initiative to get my property rent-ready, she even told me after taking my property that it was too far for her to go there regularly! Thankfully, another owner in my complex gave me Maya’s contact info - the difference in service was like night & day. I live in USA so having a good property manager is absolutely crucial.
