Fantastic ground floor made of thow apartments with
private garden, two terraces, backyard and three parking spaces. There are tho storage rooms. Big wardrobe. It has four double bedrooms, all with bathroom en suite and also a courtesy toilet. The apartment is inside the Finca Cortesin, with 24 hour security and the best views of the Bay of Casares. The swimming pool is communal, but there is possibility to have a private one on the terrace
The kitchen applieances are superior than the default ones. Also they changed the covered terrace floor for a better quality one.

Best Management Agent Ive ever used!
I contacted Maya last year as I wanted to start doing short term rentals on my apartments in Banus. She was super responsive and helpful with everything we needed.
Maya managed the refurb, furniture, licences, photos etc and was easy to work with and didn't overcharge for anything.
If you're looking for an agency to manage short term rentals in Marbella, you should defo use Maya!
Shame she's not in London.... we need her here!
