Najlepší agent manažmentu, aký som kedy použil!
Maju som kontaktoval minulý rok, pretože som chcel začať s krátkodobým prenájmom svojich bytov v Banuse. Bola super pohotová a nápomocná so všetkým, čo sme potrebovali.
Maya spravovala rekonštrukciu, nábytok, licencie, fotografie atď., ľahko sa s ňou pracovalo a za nič neplatila príliš veľa.

kúpila investičnú nehnuteľnosť v Manilve v roku 2018, ale správkyňa nehnuteľnosti, na ktorú ma odkázal agent môjho kupujúceho, vôbec nefungovala – žiadna iniciatíva na prípravu mojej nehnuteľnosti na prenájom, dokonca mi po prevzatí nehnuteľnosti povedala, že bolo to príliš ďaleko, aby tam chodila pravidelne! Našťastie iný majiteľ v mojom komplexe mi dal Mayove kontaktné informácie - rozdiel v službách bol ako noc a deň. Žijem v USA, takže mať dobrého správcu nehnuteľností je absolútne kľúčové. Maya mi pomohla pripraviť dom - zariaďovanie kúpeľní, terénne úpravy, osvetlenie, opravy atď. a včas mi našla dlhodobého nájomníka; a jej komunikácia so mnou bola vždy skvelá, rýchle odpovede. Mayov pracovný štýl je priamy – čo preferujem. Je veľmi profesionálna, pracovitá a hľadá najlepší záujem svojho klienta. Ďakujem Maya!

S odbornými znalosťami Mayi sme boli veľmi spokojní.
Spravuje náš nájomný byt a spoliehame sa na ňu, že nielen srdečne komunikuje a pozdravuje našich hostí; ale aj na rýchle a efektívne zvládnutie prekvapení (ako je objavenie a usporiadanie všetkých prác na oprave veľkej netesnosti v našom potrubí a rýchle vybavenie výmeny umývačky riadu, ktorá prestala fungovať).
Ale pred prvým prenájmom- Maya bola záchranca, ktorý nám pomohol priviesť zastaraný byt na vysoký štandard. Efektívne spravovala prestavbu každej miestnosti – pracovala so mnou na výbere dizajnu, najímala dodávateľov, spravovala plán a rozpočet, nástroje na riešenie problémov a problémy s HOA, pričom ma udržala v obraze na každom kroku.
Previedla nás každým krokom procesu uvedenia tohto bytu online ako úspešného prenájmu. Bola našimi čižmami na zemi, keďže žijeme mimo krajiny. Našu dôveru a dôveru si rýchlo získala čestným hodnotením a vstupom na trh s nájomným bývaním. Bezvýhradne sme jej verili a splnila to.

Žijeme v štátoch a vlastníme penthouse La Duquesa neďaleko Manilvy v Španielsku, ktorý si tak užívame ako náš dovolenkový dom.
Jedna vec, ktorú sme zúfalo potrebovali, bol správca nehnuteľností, ktorý by mohol aktualizovať/obnoviť našu jednotku, ako aj spravovať krátkodobé prenájmy.

Napriek súčasným výzvam v Španielsku pokračovala v aktualizácii interiéru našej jednotky v rámci prípravy na budúce rezervácie.
